To quality, your minimum purchase must total $195 or more before taxes.
Excluded Items: Furniture, lighting, thermal copier products are excluded from free shipping.

ORDER DISPATCH

Order Processing Time: Between 1-2 business days.
Transit Time: Once your order qualifies for FREE Ground Shipping, you can expect your package within 2-14 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on your specific location.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Check for your confirmation email that includes a tracking number or you can simply login to your account, and head over to the order history and click on the tracking number.

SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Non-Contiguous U.S. and Territories Exclusion: We do offer shipping to the following non-contiguous states and select provinces, but free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

PLEASE NOTE

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM PST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
There may be a delay if your order is placed close to the holidays.
Ordering processing time may be delayed if there is a case where items are out of stock or if there is a credit card discrepancy.

Between October and March, depending on location and shipping routes, the ink may be exposed to excessively cold weather conditions. This weather sensitivity poses a risk to the integrity of the ink during transit.

To enhance the safety of your ink delivery, consider these tips:

Separate your ink order from other supplies
Opt for EXPRESS Shipping to minimize the risk of receiving frozen ink (typically 1-3 days shipping with this method)
Place orders early in the week (Monday or Tuesday) to avoid weekend exposure
Please note that we are NOT liable for frozen ink
